real estate & vacation rental packages 

All Images are retouched for correct exposure, color correction and lens distortion correction. Lawn enhancement, blue skies (if scheduled on cloudy day) are add-ons. Turn around time for images is 3 business days depending on the project. Rush is also available.

Digital Images

All artistically enhanced images are included with all portrait sessions at no additional cost.  You will receive information on how to view & download your images 2 weeks after the session.  You will have printing rights and are able to share your session on social media. 

 Need your images sooner?                   RUSH FEE is $100 and you will receive your images within 48 Hours.


  • Rescheduling Fee - $50 - Session must be rescheduled within 24 hours in advance of your session or you forfeit your Deposit. Failure to show up to your session forfeits your deposit.
  • Deposit - $150 - OR Half of your total session.
  • Travel Fee - $50 for locations 30 miles outside of 78240. Anything over will be calculated by photographer.

Booking a Session

Fill out a contact form here on the website and I will respond within 24 hours. Next we finalize an exact date for the session. Once that is done, I send over an invoice where you can pay the Deposit, then we'll be all set.

  • Extra Session Hour - $100
  • All Entrance Fees are responsibility of the client.
